Drag and Drop attachment isn't working in Help Desk or Case Management

Summary:

We are getting an error when we use the Drag and Drop attachment functionality in HR Help Desk and Case Management, this seems to be only happening since 25D went in, is there a bug?

We are able to click and select the file to add to the SR/ Case but just not use the drag and drop feature.

Error:

Try a different file upload method

Drag and drop for uploads is currently unavailable. Try again by selecting files from your file system's directories.
