Allocation is missing premium

We added an exclusion to an allocation and our results are now missing premium.

We have an allocation that looks at a journal entry, for example, set up for $100,000 with a code of 99b. That is to be allocated based on % of premium to total premium for all codes. The allocation is set up at the code level (for example tree node 00L) which includes codes (example) 1b, 2b, 3b, 4b, 5b, 6b, 7b and 8b. We added and exclusion for one of the codes (let's say 5b) from having premium allocated to it. However, once the allocation runs, we're missing a portion of the premium. It seems to be excluding it
