System is not translating Goodwill to USD_Reporting

Goodwill is calculated at entity currency (AED) and the same is translated to AED_Reporting. However, goodwill is not translating to USD_Reporting even after entering the exchange rates and running translations. Can anyone please suggest me how to fix this issue?
