Unable to Capture Reason When Candidate Selects “Not Interested”

When a candidate selects “Not Interested” during the recruitment process, the system does not allow the candidate to provide a reason for their selection.

The expected behavior is that once “Not Interested” is selected, the system should prompt the candidate to choose or enter a reason (mandatory or optional, as per configuration). However, no reason field is displayed, and the candidate is unable to submit any explanation.

This results in missing feedback data, limiting recruiters’ ability to analyze candidate drop-offs and improve the recruitment process. Kindly review the configuration and functionality and advise on a fix or required setup to enable reason capture for the “Not Interested” action.
