Enable popup window create job requisitions page

We want to enable a popup window when user clicks on the "Submit" button on the create job requisition page. This popup window must consist of a custom message as well as "Yes"/"No" button. If the user clicks on "Yes" then the job requisition is submitted for approval if they select as "No", the job requisition is not submitted, and the form is editable for further corrections.

This is to ensure the users are not entering any sensitive data in the posting descriptions/JD.
