Ability to Select a Meeting Room/Resource in Interview Management via MS Graph Integration
Currently, in Interview Management with Microsoft Graph integration enabled, there is no option to select or associate a Meeting Room / Resource while scheduling interviews. When interviews are created and synchronized with Microsoft Outlook via MS Graph, only interviewer considered, but meeting rooms (resource mailboxes) are not available for selection.
Due to this limitation:
Interviewers are unable to reserve meeting rooms during interview scheduling.
There is a risk of meeting room conflicts, as availability is not validated.
Manual booking of meeting rooms is required outside the system, leading to process inefficiency.
Expected Behavior:
The system should allow recruiters to:
View and select available meeting rooms/resources (Outlook resource mailboxes) during interview scheduling.
