What privilege is required to see View AP invoices using REST API?

Hi All,

To create a third party system integration I need to consume the AP Invoice View REST API only. How can we create a custom role ? The API used is:

GET fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/invoices

We did some testing and granted you access to the View AP Invoices. However, from our side, this is still not working as expected. The role assigned provides access to view AP data in the Oracle instance, but for some reason it does not allow access to the data via the REST API.
