Access to Bank Accounts of Different Legal Entity's

Requirement / Business Scenario: Legal Entity A has Created AP Invoice and Now they want to do Payment from Bank Account B which belongs to Legal Entity B. How this can be achieved????

Legal Entity A has access to Bank Account A, and Legal Entity B has access to Bank Account B.

In our current scenario, users of Legal Entity A are not able to do payments for Bank Account B, which belongs to Legal Entity B. Can we give access of Bank Account A users of Legal Entity B (or how should bank account access be correctly controlled between Legal Entity A and Legal Entity B)????
