Is it possible to edit the title or header of the FYI notification, if yes, how?

Summary:

We have an Global Single Assignment: Absence Approval Task setup where it goes to FYI once approved. Client wants that when there is an FYI sent, it should not have 'Approval of (Absence Type) Request' and it should come as 'Notification of (Absence Type) Absence Request for (employee’s name)'

Is it possible? If yes, How can we achieve this?
