How can I edit "copy-inventory-organizations" with redwood?

Summary:

"Copy Inventory Organization" page is now in Redwood and I want to update the rule for Organization Name. But can not see the "Settings and Actions → Administration → Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio" menu option.

I have assigned my self below listed roles:

ORA_FND_APPLICATION_DEVELOPER_JOB

ORA_FND_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB

I can access the visual builder studio from "Configuration → Visual Builder"
