We currently have a custom report for US Vertex Codes that looks like below:

With USOPTE enabled, the report doesn't run anymore (it returns no result.) Our SME is saying that they need a similar data since USOPTE uses the same numbering system. Here is an example of the numbering system. The SME has to have this report to give them the alpha info. ie 'Alabama'

How do we create a similar report with USOPTE? Does Oracle deliver one?
