Unable to view Recruiting partner in sandbox mode under HCM Design studio

Summary:

Step1: Enter HCM Design Studio in sand box in Dev12

Step2: From the actions Drop Down, select each of the following options: Recruiting - Additional fields for Assessment, Recruiting - Additional fields for Job Distribution, Recruiting - Additional fields for Tax Credit. All subsequent steps are performed for each of these actions

Step3: Once an action is selected, Add a rule

Step4: Fill out the name and description. Try to open the drop down menu for Recruiting Partner, and there are no options listed here

Step5: Recruiting partner is only seen for Recruiting - Additional Fields for Direct Apply
