untraced balance in closing balance input member

Summary:

We have encountered a strange issue in FCCS where stale data is appearing in the Closing Balance Input for December 2025. This data is showing up even for entities that were made inactive and have not been loaded since FY23. Suddenly, the data appears in the December 2025 closing balance input, which then flows into the closing balance, but there are no corresponding amounts in prior months such as November 2025.
We have completed our analysis and confirmed that the data is not coming from any inception rules or on‑demand rules.
