Next Gen Helpdesk issues with resolution code and Outcomes

Summary:
Hi All,
We have migrated to next gen helpdesk, and we noticed that the outcome is not showing respective resolution code value in the drop down, we also tried creating a new outcome and tagged resolution codes to it but still they are not visible.
Can you please assist how to fix this, the profile option we are using is "Manager Service request outcomes and resolutions".

When we are selecting the Outcome as unable to solve - not values are populated in Resolution code LOV.
Configuration :- Both are enabled and active
Also, we created a new Outcome and it is not visible in the LOV as well :-
