Contract Type becomes blank when updating the Contract Change Start Da Date in Employment Contracts

Hello everyone,

a customer reported that in Employment Contracts, when performing an update and changing the Start Date of the changes, the Contract Type field becomes blank.

This requires the user to manually reselect the Contract Type every time an update is made.

Has anyone experienced this behavior?
Is there a way to prevent the Contract Type from being cleared when updating the Start Date?
