What doest mean "Add recommandation profile"?

Hi all,

we're implemanting Learning recommandation functionality but first of all we need to clarify a point.

Into the following guide "https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/talent-management/fatul/recommend-learning.html" at poit 2 it says "Add a recommandation profile" but what does it mean exactly? Which profile I must add? Is mandatory add it?
