FCCS – Recommended approach for loading YTD data and using Calculate Movement rule

We are looking for guidance on the recommended approach for loading YTD data in FCCS when using the Calculate Movement rule at the Closing Balance Input member.

This Oracle article suggests loading data in the FCCS_Periodic view instead of FCCS_YTD_Input (as per the screenshot of the data load file).
