Dowtime for - Upcoming Exception Migration to Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Summary:

We have the above mentioned Migration from Oracle planned on coming Friday.
The announcement mentions a downtime for about 1.5 hours.
For our clear understanding, does that mean that system is overall not available in that time or just a login is not possible because of that IAM migration? So would that mean to stopp all Integrations and all Enterprise Scheduler Jobs for the time of the migration? So similar procedure like for a Release upgrade ?

We are still facing issues in our lower environments which might relate to the IAM migration done on 10.01.2026 which we just found out having a potential relation to this IAM migration. If this is really the root-cause of our issues and there is no workaround, is there a way to stop that migration before it will hit our PROD instance?
