Enabling Redwood Learning Admin Experience

As we prepare for the Redwood Learning Admin Experience as part of the 26A release, At this point, we have already enabled the Employee and Line Manager learning pages in Redwood.
We have enabled Self‑Paced Learning and followed the steps outlined in the Oracle Metalink documentation below. However, we are still not seeing the new Self‑Paced Learning pages that appear in the quarterly release materials.
