open sales order not collected in plan input

I have open sales order (not yet shipped) that are not collected in plan inputs status processing that are not collected in plan inputs.

  1. performed collection using collect planning data , source system OPS and collection type : targeted with only sales order selected on supply plannind data tab
  2. when I checked load entity from schedule process, there are some sales order that are error but some sales order are missing with no informations in the log file
