Can additional details be included on the Learning card displayed to learner under My Learning?

Can additional details be included on the Learning card displayed to learner under My Learning?

For example, under 'Learning Catalog', when you hover your mouse over a learning card (for a learning item displayed under 'Learning Catalog'), the expected effort is displayed to the Learner.

However, under 'Me > Learning > My Learning' - for required, voluntary or completed learning, the expected effort is not displayed to the learner on the learning card. Can the learning card display be personalized to display additional attributes on the tile/learning card - for example, Expected effort or any other attribute?
