Hiring with gap in employment within the same enterprise; different legal employers using ORC
We have a scenario wherein a person works for a user organization (see legal entity/ employer) and to move to another one, s/he has to go via the Opportunity Marketplace route. When the second user organization prepares the job offer, the action chosen in ORC on Job Offers page is “Add Employee Work Relationship”. Global Transfer is not in scope as there will be a gap in employment between the two user organizations and global transfer does not cater to this scenario.
Say, the projected start date in the offer is (future) March 2.
Once the offer is released, extended and accepted, the candidate is Moved to HR.
