Learn Offering - This Page Has Moved

Following 25D update, link to existing Learn Offering now results in being presented with a 'This Page Has Moved' screen.

This screen does contain a link labelled 'Go the new page' which when clicked on takes user to required Offering enrolment screen, so there is a workaround.

However, would like to try and understand why the 'This Page Has Moved' screen is now being presented.
