Make Province and Address Line 2/3 Mandatory in Redwood Hire – Best Practice?

in Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR (Redwood Hire / Add Person), is it possible to make the following fields mandatory for specific countries (e.g. Italy)?

• Province
• Address Line 2
• Address Line 3

Is Visual Builder the supported/recommended way to enforce mandatory behavior for these fields in the Redwood Hire flow, or is there another standard approach?
