Job Applicant Screening - Follow-up Questions is not related to Job Applications

Summary:

We have enabled the Job Applicant Screening out of the box without any customizations; however, the follow-up is not related to Job Applications. How can I limit the Agent to retrieve just information about the job application? I believe if we can limit the work area, the answer should be faster, because it takes time to get an answer, about 2 minutes.
