Ability to hide Messages tab based on role in Visual Builder studio

Idea: Ability to hide Messages tab based on role in Visual Builder studio. Currently Messages tab under Job Application can be hidden only at site level using Visual Builder Studio > Page Properties. But we need the ability to hide the Messages tab based on the role.

Business Justification: In order to fully compliance blind recruiting, this feature is very much needed. The Messages tab on the Job application contains emails exchanged between the candidate and the Recruiter which a Hiring manager can view and access candidate's information. Hiding this at site level is not of much as use as we want the recruiter to be able to access this messages tab to be able to interact with candidates.
