Can the 'primary' email flag be restricted by role privilege for contact info?

Summary:

We would like to remove the ability for employees to be able to select 'primary' for their home email. There is a warning message, but it can be circumvented.

Is there a role privilege that can be removed from our employee role that would prevent this button from being selected?
