Restrict Recruiting Jobs from Schedule new process search for Employee role

Hi,

I want to restrict users from viewing the jobs related to Recruiting from the Schedule New Process search.

Please find the below screenshot.

Note : Generate Recruiting Job Offer letters should not be visible in the Search field.

We need to remove IRC_UPDATE_CANDIDATE_JOB_OFFER_LETTER from the Employee role, but this privilege was not there already in the Employee role.

Any leads ?
