Is there a way to apply a ship pattern for Transfer Order Shipments?

We are having an issue where we have 2 manufacturing facilities that ship to 8 distribution centers. We ship every day to some of the DC's, but others just 2-3 times a week. Transportation time depends on the Mfg/DC combination. We would like to find a way in Fusion to define for a Mfg/DC relationship to define the days of the week and the transportation time in order to have the TO's date accordingly in GOP. Has anyone had a similar problem that they were able to solve?
