Audit History is not working in Dev and in Production.

Summary:

Show Audit history in HR Help Desk is not working in Dev and Production Environment whereas it is working in Test Environment.

Even i have enabled the Profile option and related objects from "Manage Audit Policies" but it is not showing any data.
