Create Asset with Queue Name NEW Using API or Business Object

Summary:
We have a requirement to post the asset to SaaS with queue New. User will change the queue to NEW from POST by giving their location flexfield segments and code combination segments in fusion. Need the solution to integrate the asset to SaaS with queue name NEW, after that user will change it to POST.
Please let me know if there is any possible solution to move the assets to SaaS with queue NEW.
