Launch AI Agents from the Sales Dashboard

Hi

I am referring to the below document, to launch AI Agent from Sales Dashboard. As mentioned in the document, I created Smart Action mentioning the published AI Agent and selected it to be available on All Objects and Dashboards.

But it is not even showing up in the Sales Dashboard.

Once smart action is created, is there any other step we need to do? Please share if anymore info is there regarding the same.
