Incorecct score in scorm 2004 version in e learning content

Summary:

We have identified a scoring issue in certain E-Learning modules within activitys, which appears to have started following the Redwood update post 25D.

Since that date, all employees completing the affected modules are showing a task score of 1, which is inconsistent with the SCORM configuration (each correct question should award 10 points). Prior to the update, completions reflected accurate scores between 80–100, as confirmed during UAT and historical records.

This discrepancy is impacting the HR team to meet reporting requirements.

Additionally, we observed a possible pattern:

Modules affected seem to use SCORM 2004, while those unaffected use SCORM 1.2.

Please suggest is tehre any solution on this issue.
