In Redwood Correct Employment Details, can I set a region to Required if the FTE field is changed ?

I wonder if it is possible to set a Region in Correct Employment Details / Assignment Change screen to mandatory in end user changes the FTE field value ?

The logic I am after is like this:

If

{{ $fields.employmentAssignments.FTE.$numberValue() !== $fields.employmentAssignments.FTE.$initialNumberValue() }}

Then

Set Salary Region to Required.
