Optimize utility payment processes

Hi team,

Researching help for a customer question. Construction/Home building vertical.

The goal is to optimize utility payment processes for homes under construction and/or models held for advertising

- Current process: paper invoice with manual intervention

- Assumption, OIC could log in and scrape invoices from websites

- Few thousand homes, each with 2-4 separate utility providers. Most with online account access

Can OIC (or alternative) can automatically connect and log into utility provider websites to pull invoices each month?

Can Oracle manage directly logging in and download/code invoices from utility accounts?

Any suggestions or alternatives would be most appreciated.
