IP Address whitelisting

Summary:

In order to access our Oracle EPM environment, we have an IDCS policy applied that only certain public IP addresses can access the service. If it's accessed from outside this range, it will be access denied. For inter-pod connectivity, both applications need to communicate with each other. For example, to enable data transfer between FCCS and EPBCS, connectivity must be established so the applications can push or pull data between pods. How we can ensure our whitelist is updated pro-actively with any changes Oracle makes in their SaaS service.?
