Manage default settings in self-paced learning

Summary:

There is no "Manage Default" settings for Self Paced courses. When using a Specialization you can override the course visibility to follow the Specialization setting today, but you can't for Self Paced in Redwood. Is this a gap in functionality or is it managed a different way.
