Issue on Employment Details Assistant (My Team)

Summary:

On the Employee Details Assistant (My Team) seeded agent, the agent provide sometimes the response which is outside the scope of functionality of the seeded agent.

For example when asking it change working hours of an employee, the response "Send those details and I’ll apply the working-hours change for xxxx." This gives the user an expectation the change can be applied by the agent which is not true. Is it possible to provide either prompt or topic such that these out of scope functionality response is not provided ?

Once the details are provided, the Agent understand that it is out of scope and smartly provides the deep link for the action.
