Display name appears twice on pages and search results

We noticed in our Production environment, for a few workers from Argentina (does not apply to all workers from Argentina), their display name appears twice in Global Search and other pages.

This is an example of this (masked the real names):

For example, if the worker name is John Smith, it would appear like this: John Smith (Smith John)

Usually, the nickname of the worker would appear in the parenthesis next to the name, but these workers only have a first and last name documented in HCM and do not have a nickname. Does anyone know why this is happening and what could be done to fix it?
