Update BPA using VBCS template

We are not finding the required VBCS template to update the BPA control attribute 'Enable retroactive pricing'.
Many BPAs are created with marking the option 'Enable retroactive pricing' but now client requirement is to disable this option for most of the BPA, so it will be very helpful if we get working VBCS to mass update multiple BPA at once.
