quick pay is in not started status. Trying to rollback but its processing for hours.

Hello all,

I am facing an issue with roll back.

Scenario: For an employee, i tried to run a quick pay but its taking long time to process and not getting completed. So i tried to rollback the quick pay but rollback also taking long time but not getting done.

Please share your inputs on this.
