Global Access Group is not providing access to all Colleagues - are we doing something wrong
in Learning
Summary:
We have created a Global Access group using a Person Number List and only some of the colleagues on thel ist can view and ernoll on the learning items:
- we have added the group to the Course and both the Course and Offering are set to No Access
- the ESS Process has run
- we can see the colleagues displaying under 'access' on the course
But the colleagues are unable to view, search for, or enroll on this course.
The colleagues have the same security roles/privileges and access.
Is there something we are missing here please?
