All Tiles except Workforce Scheduling in My Client Groups disappeared

in Human Capital Management

Hi Oracle Experts,

All Tiles except Workforce Scheduling in My Client Groups disappeared suddenly in non-production. And in Me tab, only few tiles are showing up.

Recently from SCM side there were Sandbox changes made. Extract and Integration side changes.

Security: User Accounts created, Role provisions done.

Supplemental Maintenance completed on Jan 10 2026 at 7 PM Pacific.

We can see those from Quick Actions → Show More. If we add the tiles, then its getting added. Please share thoughts what could have caused this sudden disappearance of tiles.
