Costing of Element Page is not loading

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Summary:

Navigation : My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Show More > Payroll > Costing of Elements > Search Element

When I click '+' icon to add costing to elements then this page is not loading. Did anyone resolve this before if encountered?
