Restrict Person Type for a custom role

Summary

Hi All,

We have created a custom matrix manager role in the system . When that manager browse the system, they should not be able to be view pending worker type under My team activity center. I have added the person type restriction, still the matrix manager is able to view the pending worker type.

Kindly advice how this can be achieved.
