System Default Saved Search not consistently applied in PROD (Document Records – Redwood)

After upgrading to 25D, we started facing an intermittent issue in PROD on the Document Records Redwood page.

Details:

• System Default Saved Search configured correctly
• Worked before 25D
• After 25D, Redwood inconsistently applies or ignores the default filter
• Same setup works in TEST
• ACL and Oracle Search processes already executed
• Tested with users without personal saved searches

This appears to be a Redwood-specific regression introduced in 25D, not a configuration issue.

Has anyone seen a similar post-25D issue with default filters or saved searches on Redwood pages?
Any confirmation, bug reference, or workaround would be extremely helpful.
