Auto TOC is not rendering the links to Doclets in the reporting package structure

In PDF report packages, when we create a Word Doclet with Auto TOC included in, the Index is generated automatically for the Report package structures and lists the number in which the Doclet is coming up.

We are trying to achieve this in Word and it does not show or render.?

Are there any restrictions w.r.t. Word package type for Auto TOC?
