We would like to clarify one thing:

We will be going live with Oracle Enhance Address Experience on 1/27 and USOPTE on 2/1 for Pay period 02/01/26- 02/14/26, Pay date 2/27/26, with Earnings Accumulation Transition Date (EATD) date of 2/14/2026 (which is one day after the earned date of the last payroll process with the previous payroll tax engine, which in our case is 01/18/26- 01/31/26, Pay date 2/13/26)

Our TEST environment just got refreshed on 1/20 and won't get refreshed again until May. So we want to align TEST with PROD. The goal is for the 2 environments to line up in case we need to troubleshoot production issue in test down the road.
