AI Agent: In progress chats loses previous conversation data

Hi All,

I have been using the Absence analyst and policy advisor agents with 0 customizations. I am noticing that once the chat window is closed and re-opened from Me> AI agent studio and from "Ask Oracle" banner in a redwood page - the conversations are getting reset and all the previous questions and answers are lost.

The same happens for in progress chats in Me > AI Agent Studio > Needs Attention tab.

The chats look like freshly launched with all the conversation from before getting lost.

Is this a configurable element when we use the OOTB AI Agent Templates?
