Best Practises to use the aggregate value for the same HTS US code and trigger AES filing and SED document generation automatically when the value is greater than 2500

We have opted out the Ignore aggregate feature in the month of December and our aggregation worked where we have a condition for checking the aggregated amount for same HTS US items for which value >= 2500 then we consider those as AES reportable, and we go for AES filing and SED document generation...

After opted out, the AES filing and sed document generation worked for us in December and since January 1st, again the AES is failing, and SED is not getting generated.
